Cancellations with more than 30 days prior to the trip will be refunded 100% - minus credit card handling fees. When a trip is posted as (FULL) refunds are only given if the space can be filled. With cancellations less than 30 days prior to the date of trip booked, no shows, or non-completion of trip - all monies are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the trip you are free to leave, but you will not receive a return of fees for the trip, seminar, or immersive experience. These policies reflect the fact that we do not overbook, cancelled spaces are very difficult to fill at the last minute, and that the vast majority of costs are incurred in preparing for a trip or long weekend in the woods and waters. In the event of an emergency or any other circumstance that would require ending a trip early, your guide may offer to reschedule your trip at a reduced rate, per their discretion. If for any reason we cancel a trip, the client has a choice to be refunded 100% or roll over fees to another trip date in form of "Trip Credit". Trip Credits can be redeemed up to one year beyond the original missed trip date.    .
